What data we collect

ARK is currently in pre-launch, and the only personal data we collect via this website is what you choose to provide through the waitlist contact form: your name, email address, the reason you're applying, and any message you send us.

In addition, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for up to 14 days for security and abuse prevention. If you opt in to analytics via the cookie banner, we load a privacy-respecting analytics tool that records anonymised page views; if you decline, no analytics are loaded.

Legal basis for processing (GDPR Art. 6)

• Server logs: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Waitlist form: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Analytics: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — only if you opt in.

Where your data goes

This website is hosted in Germany by ALL-INKL.COM. Server logs and waitlist submissions are stored on infrastructure located in Germany. Waitlist messages generate an email notification sent to contact@thoth-intelligence.com, also hosted in Germany. We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area for the operation of this website.

Retention

• Server logs: up to 14 days, then automatically deleted.
• Waitlist submissions: retained until ARK launches publicly or until you ask us to delete your record. We will email you when ARK launches and give you the opportunity to opt out at that point.
• Analytics data: per the analytics provider's policy — typically 14 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@thoth-intelligence.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We set no cookies except those strictly necessary to remember your cookie-banner choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are loaded only after you accept the relevant category in the banner at the bottom of this page.

Changes to this policy

We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page if we change how we process personal data, and will email waitlist subscribers if a change is significant.
